Shipping & Returns Policies

Orders:

Local Orders received from within the Netherlands for delivery in the Netherlands are process within two days once the due payment(s) is received. However this timeframe may extend based on backlogs and or the required material(s) needed.

International orders are process within two days once the due payment(s) is received. However this timeframe may also extend based on backlogs and or the required material(s) needed.

Delivery:

Local Delivery: Deliveries bounded for the Netherlands are made within two weeks after the due payment(s) is received. However the two weeks duration may extend based on the shipping company backlog and or delay.

International Delivery: International deliveries are made within three weeks after the due payment(s) is received. However the three weeks duration may extend based on the shipping company backlog and or delay.

Payments:

FELIX IRELAND and its subsidiaries receives payments via Direct Bank Transfer & Paypal. Direct Bank Transfer refers to you are the buyer directly transferring the due payment from your bank account to ours.
All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.

Cancellation:

An item may be cancelled up until payments has been received. Once payment has been received and your order status changes to processing, you can no longer cancel the order.

Complaints:

Any complaints about items purchased through our websites may be directed to our contact & support team by clicking on the “Contact” link on our websites.
Each case will be looked at individually in oder for a suitable resolution to be reached.

Shipping:

Except otherwise stated by FELIX IRELAND and its subsidiaries shipping charges will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase via our websites.
If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of item, including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer by FELIX IRELAND.
Shipping costs may double if shipping internationally. If an item is damaged during shipping, seller will not be held responsible.

Refund & Returns Policy:

Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on the outcome of a complaint. If an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent free of charge.
If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation and photo is needed before the item may be considered for a refund.
The customer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis.

Return RMA: All items set for returns needs to be arranged by the customer within two (2) days with the provided RMA number sent to you via email.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be made to your bank account within two working days.
All orders must be returned in it’s original state (unopened, undamaged).

Credit Refund: If you do not wish to get a refund but order another product at the same value please send us an email and we will issue you with a coupon code in order for you to redeem a new product with the exception of the shipping cost unless otherwise stated by FELIX IRELAND and its subsidiaries.

Legalities:

FELIX IRELAND and its subsidiaries is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, FELIX IRELAND and its subsidiaries shares no responsibility.

Legend:

On Hold: Your oder has been received.
Pending Payment: Awaiting order payment.
Processing: Your order is being processed and cannot be cancelled.
Completed: Your order has been completed and being prepared for posting.
Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled.
Refunded: Your order has been refunded.
Failed: Your order expired. Please re-order your product as the payment was not received.
